Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Wavo’s website, messaging platform, automations, CRM bridge and optional advertising integrations, including Wavo Ads Connect (“Service”). “Wavo”, “we” and “us” refer to the provider of the Service. “You” means the person or business using it. Contact us at info@wavohq.com with questions.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business or client, you must have authority to bind that organization and connect its assets. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.
1. Eligibility, accounts and agency access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use appropriate access roles and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed by people you authorize.
Agencies must have their clients’ permission to process contacts, connect messaging numbers, authorize CRM or advertising assets and configure automations. Access to a GHL account does not automatically grant access to a Meta ad account or authority over another customer’s workspace. Do not bypass workspace ownership or billing controls.
2. Acceptable use and messaging consent
Use Wavo lawfully and comply with the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, GHL and other connected providers. You must give appropriate privacy notices, obtain required messaging and tracking permissions, maintain evidence of consent where necessary and honor opt-outs promptly.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, scams, unlawful content or deceptive impersonation.
- Do not upload unlawfully obtained contact lists or contact people who have withdrawn permission.
- Do not misuse credentials, access other tenants’ data, evade security or usage restrictions, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not submit fabricated attribution identifiers, conversions, purchases or revenue as genuine tracking data.
- Do not use Wavo to violate others’ intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
Message pacing, risk scans and account-health indicators are assistance tools, not guarantees of compliance, delivery or protection from provider restrictions. You remain responsible for recipients, content, schedules and automation settings.
3. Third-party integrations and attribution
You authorize Wavo to access and process connected accounts only as needed for the features you select and permissions you grant. You must have the necessary rights to those accounts and remain responsible for their configuration and third-party charges. Third-party terms and privacy policies also apply.
The QR-based WhatsApp gateway and optional Meta ads authorization are separate integrations. Wavo is not WhatsApp, Meta or GoHighLevel, and connecting through Wavo does not imply their sponsorship or guarantee that a particular connection method is approved by them. Provider changes, account enforcement or revoked permissions may interrupt functionality.
Ads-only Meta access reads advertising data for the selected sub-account; it does not authorize ad creation or change WhatsApp or CAPI settings. Direct CAPI or GHL-managed conversions require their own valid configuration, permissions and lawful data use.
Campaign, ad-set and click IDs are available only when genuine referrals, asset access and provider responses allow them. We do not guarantee complete attribution, native CRM attribution replacement, accepted conversion events or advertising results. A “connected” status alone does not prove end-to-end tracking delivery.
4. Customer data and privacy
You retain your rights to your contacts, messages, files, CRM records and other submitted data. You grant Wavo the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that data to provide, secure and support the Service according to your configuration and instructions.
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and permitted use of submitted data. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information or regulated data unless appropriate arrangements have been agreed. Our Privacy Policy explains processing, providers, choices and rights. If your organization requires a data-processing agreement or transfer terms, contact us before starting the relevant processing.
Shared-workspace data may be controlled by the business or agency that owns the workspace. Deletion requests require appropriate authority and must not erase another customer’s records. Follow our data-deletion instructions when requesting removal.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Applicable prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, usage allowances and any trial conditions are those disclosed when you subscribe or otherwise agree with us. Paid subscriptions renew only according to the terms presented for that subscription. Provider fees, advertising spend and third-party usage charges are separate unless expressly included.
Trial, complimentary or discounted access may have an expiry and does not remove plan limits unless expressly stated. Exceeding allowances may require a plan change or stop the affected feature. We will disclose pricing changes before they apply where required.
You may request cancellation through available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals according to your subscription terms; it does not itself delete stored data. Refunds, credits and billing disputes are handled under the terms disclosed at purchase, any separate agreement and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.
6. Availability, AI and service changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, network issues and external providers can cause delays or downtime. Unless separately agreed, no particular uptime, response time, message delivery or business outcome is guaranteed. Maintain copies of information that you need independently of Wavo.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review generated content and configure human oversight before using automated responses or actions. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice or as the sole basis for consequential decisions. Enabling an automation authorizes its configured actions until you stop or change it.
We may improve, change or discontinue features. We will give notice of material changes affecting a paid service where reasonably practicable or legally required. Beta or experimental features may change or be unavailable.
7. Ownership
Wavo and its licensors retain rights to the Service, software, branding and documentation. Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use the Service for your authorized business purposes. This does not transfer ownership of Wavo software or third-party assets. Do not copy, resell or sublicense the Service except as your plan or a separate agreement permits, or as applicable law allows.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment or material breach. When appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent action may be needed without prior notice to protect users or systems.
You may stop using the Service and request account closure. Export needed data using available features or contact support before closure. Disconnecting a provider, ending a subscription and deleting data are different actions. Records may be retained for legitimate security, legal or accounting purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, complete attribution or continued availability of third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or advertising opportunities arising from use of the Service. These exclusions do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights, fraud or intentional misconduct. Any separately agreed liability terms remain applicable.
10. General terms and contact
Mandatory laws and rights applicable to your use remain in effect. These terms do not impose an exclusive court, arbitration process or governing jurisdiction where none has been separately agreed. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively as stated in that notice; if you do not agree, stop using the affected Service and contact us about cancellation. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
